Ten years ago, I discovered a passion for adventure. My journeys have taken me to the tops of mountains, through quiet forests, into winding canyons, and along breathtaking ocean shores. Every step into the wild left me in awe of nature’s effortless beauty- vivid, inspiring, and untouched by human hands.

Now, my young daughter loves looking through photos from those adventures, pointing out the incredible color combinations nature creates. Inspired by her keen eye and our shared love of the outdoors, I began crafting jewelry that captures those moments of wonder.

Because while we can’t always be surrounded by nature, we can carry a piece of her beauty with us. We can stay wild, we can stay FERAL.

Some of our favorite gemstones.

Nature does beauty better than anyone. Her amazing landscapes provide inspiration for our jewelry and her natural gemstones are all we need to recreate these beautiful landscapes in our product. We work hard to use only natural gemstones as much as possible.

Lapis Lazuli

Our current favorite stone, Lapis is known for its intense blue color. It is a metamorphic rock colored by Lazurite (Sodalite) as well as Pyrite and Calcite. Lapis is thought to help open the third eye and is considered to be a stone of wisdom.

Labradorite

Best known for its iridescent properties, labradorite can be found in many colors ranging from light grey, to yellow or brown. Each crystal is unique and it is one of our favorite stones to include in jewelry.

Lepidolite

Lepidolite is a member of the mica group and owes its amazing purple hues to its manganese content. Lepidolite also has a high lithium content, and is thought to have an impact on mood regulation. Because of its calming properties, Lepidolite is known as the “grandmother stone”.

Obsidian

An igneous rock, obsidian is volcanic glass formed when lava cools rapidly with no crystal growth. Smooth and brittle, obsidian forms sharp edges when broken. Early humans commonly used pieces of obsidian as tools.

Chalcedony

Chalcedony is a member of the quartz group and is comprised of crystals so small they are not visible to the naked eye. Chalcedony is a translucent stone and can be found in many vibrant colors. We love Blue Chalcedony, which is found lining geodes, and is a light blue and grey color. Chalcedonies are a popular stone for rock collectors due to their colors and availability. Agate is a banded, translucent chalcedony, while Jasper is an opaque chalcedony. Other types of chalcedony that we love to use are Onyx and Carnelian.
